DECORATIVE PAINT FOR WOOD AND METAL

AQUALIN top coat enamel is decorative coating based on water dispersion of acrylate resins, pigments and additives. It has excellent coverage, flexibility and stability in different weather conditions. We manufacture a few colors and there are two sorts of white coatong – satin white (semi – matte) and shiny.

ODORLESS, NON – TOXIC PRODUCTS

This product has wide application because of its characteristics. You can paint furniture, construction carpentry, all exterior or interior wooden or metal substrates. It is odorless and dries quickly; non-toxic and in accordance with acological regulations. It is safe for painting of toys and safe for contact with food.

APPLIANCE

Prepare the surface and apply enamel with brush, roller or spray. Dilute AQUALIN enamel with 15% of water. Softly sand old layers and clean the surface. Apply 2 layers. Softly sand the firs layer after 2 hours and than apply the second one. The paint is dry-to-touch after 40 minutes, and is complitely dry after 24 hours. Wash the tools immediately after the work. If you paint unpainted wood, firs apply AQUALIN primer for wood, and when you paint previously unpainted metal, degrease it with IRKOM Degreaser M and apply AQUALIN primer for metal. Storage at temperature +5 to +30OC (keep away from freezing). Coverage 100 – 130 g/m2

AQUALIN waterbased primer for wood is coating based on acrylate resins, fillers and additives for sanding. It can be applied on interior and exterior surfaces, before Aqualin enamel. It fills wood pores excellent and can be easily sanded. It is complitely in accordance with health and ecological regulatives. It can be used for childrens toys and also for surfaces that are in contact with food.

AQUALIN PRIMER FOR METAL

Aqualin primer for metal is coating for interior and exterior corrosion protection. It is based on acrylate binder, pigments, fillers and additives. It can be used for painting of steel and iron surfaces. It can be used with Aqualin enamel. Nitro and oil top coats can also be applied onto complitely dry Aqualin primer for metal. It is complitely in accordance with health and ecological regulations. It is odorless and dries quickly. If you want ultra fast drying we recommend good air flow in the area.
