NITRO STAIN can be used for decoration and preparation of interior wooden and veneer panels substrates. It is mostly used in furniture industry. It is based on nitrocellulose, solvent, special additives and pigment pastes. Its characteristics are: excellent covering and quick drying. We don’t recommend it for exterior painting without NITRO VARNISH top coat, PU VARNISH or IRKOLIN GOLD in clear or in colour of NITRO STAIN.

Substrate has to be softly sanded with sand paper 320 –360, wiped with dry brush and dry before applying of NITRO STAIN. If you want brighter shade of NITRO STAIN thin it with IRKOM NITRO THINNER. Stir well the paint before use and than it’s ready for use. Apply it with brush, spray pistol or with cotton clothe. Wipe painted surface with dry clothes after a few minutes (1 –3 minutes) and that way you will even out colour shade. It is dry to touch after 3 –5 minutes and after 15 –30 minutes you can paint IRKOM NITRO VARNISH onto this NITRO STAIN.

Special storage conditions are not required.
After NITRO WOOD STAIN it is necessary to apply NITRO VARNISH as top coat.
