IRKOM NITRO PRIMER is anticorrosive primer for protection of metal. It can be used as primer for IRKOM NITRO EMAJL (IRKOM NITRO ENAMEL)top coat or forIRKOM SINTEX (synthetic enamel). This product contains nitrocellulose, alkyd resins, anticorrosive pigments, fillers, additives and organic solvents. It is applied in metal industry and as consumer goods. We don’t recommend it for painting of Aluminium, Cooper and Zinc. Available colours are grey, red, white and black.
Substrate has to be clean, degreased and dry. Paint has to be thinned with IRKOM NITRO thinner, and then well stirred. Apply paint with spray (required viscosity 25 –35 s Ford F 4mm / 200C) or with brush, but pay attention because brush paintingcan be difficult because of fast drying. Next layer can be applied after 6 hours.

Coverage: 0,75l covers cca. 7 m² (one coat)

Drying time: dry to touch after 30 –60 min, hard dry after 24 hours
Special storage conditions are not required
It can be used as primer for nitro top coats, synthetic and quick-dry enamels
