DRY ANTICORROSIVE PRIMER FOR METAL

IRKOM RAPID is quick-dry anti-corrosive primer for protection of metal. It is based on modified alkyd binders, and also contains anti-corrosive additives, other additives, pigments and thinners. It can be used for steel constructionS, agricultural and civil mechanization, car bodies etc. It can be used as primer for quick-dry paints andforsyntetic enamel(SINTEX). Characteristics of this paint are:extraordinary hardness, adhesion, elasticity and protection of corrosion. Available colours are red and grey. This paint is especially suitable forparts that will be welded because this paint doesn’t burn.

It can be applied with brush, roller or spray pistol, in one or two coats,onto clean and dry substrate. You can thin it with 5% to 10% IRKOM RAPID thinner. Tool is cleaned with IRKOM NITRO thinner for cleaning and degreasing.

Expiration date: 36 months from the date of manufacturing

Drying time: dry-to-touch after 30 min, second coat can be painted wet-to-wet or at most4 hoursafter the first one.

Special storage conditions are not required.
