It can be apply onto new metal, corroded metal and metal with old paint (older than 2 years). It can be applied onto galvanized sheet metal and aluminium (soft sanding and degreasing with Degreaser M before painting necessary, no primer needed). It can also be applied onto wood and plastic substrate. Degrease substrate with Degreaser M, Apply two coats of paint, thickness 120 microns. It is enough to stop further migration of corrosion. First coat has to be applied slightly, and second coat has to be thicker. Apply second coat wet-to-wet, at most 4 hours after the first one (saving your time). Irkom 3in1 is dry to touch after 30 to 60 minutes, and complitely dry after 72 hours. Cross linking is complete after 30 days and it makes this coating extremely endurable.<\/p>\n
Remove loose rust particles, clean well and degrease metal substrate. After that apply two coats of paint directly onto corrosion the same way as for the new metal surface.
